Gavin & Allison – A Snowy Session in Saratoga Spa State Park

On a crisp March afternoon, with snow gently blanketing the ground, we had the absolute joy of photographing our dear friends Gavin and Allison in the timeless beauty of Saratoga Spa State Park.

This session was extra special — not only because we adore these two, but because it marked five years of their marriage, a milestone filled with quiet strength, joy, and unwavering love.

The scene couldn’t have been more magical: soft snow glistening in the sun, the stately columns of the park quad standing tall behind them, and a grove of towering pine trees resembling a natural cathedral.

There’s something beautifully poetic about shooting after the snow — how it hushes the world and brings focus to the ones in front of our lens.

We’re so honored to have captured these moments for them. Here’s to five years of love and a lifetime more.
